We want you to be completely satisfied with your self-portrait purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure your garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection through our shipping partner.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
