What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags attached.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a specific size guide and fit notes. As our designs often feature intricate lace and structured fabrics with minimal stretch, we generally recommend sizing up if you are between sizes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. You may return the items once they arrive.
How should I care for my self-portrait garments?
Most of our pieces are crafted from delicate lace, sequins, and fine mesh. We strictly recommend professional dry cleaning only to maintain the integrity and longevity of your garment.
Are duties and taxes included in the total price?
For orders within the UK and EU, duties and taxes are included. For other international destinations, customers are responsible for any local import duties and taxes incurred at the border.
